Wife's new car?
Well the time has come. My wife has decided she wants a new car. Currently she has an automatic 00' EJ8.
She & i both agree that we're are looking towards a 4 door and AWD
My suggestions: 2007 Evo IX or
2007 IS250
She ( of course! ) wants the EVO......
comments, suggestions?

NA is fine but, i'd rather be blown!

RE: Wife's new car?
well i cant help but to say STI, since i prefer it over the evo and its the same price range, and the transmission not as "picky" ^_^,
id still drive an evo though!

RE: Wife's new car?
This is the ONLY time you'll ever hear me say this. Evos are played out! They're great but whatever....so are a lot of cars.
Evos and STIs are fast and have a lot of potential and handle great and all that stuff but does she really need any of that? Does she race at all or is this just going to be a DD?
Honestly, out of the two options, for the lady, I'd say the IS250....or the IS350 if you can do it. The Lexus is a MUCH better DD.....and I guarantee the cost to insure is about half....or less. LoL Plus it's just WAY more comfortable and all that.
Any day of the week I would choose the Evo or STI but this case seems to lend itself to the Lex. Both options are awesome cars to say the least though.

I couldn't agree with you more! I'm trying to convince her of these facts.
