i am yet to take my slow SOHC to the strip, who has and what are your times?

I never have either, ej8's are heifers, mid 16's to 17's maybe.

we arent that heavy are we? compared to hatches i know we are though

i ran a 15.5 with my b16, im assuming its about average.. it all depends on the driver tho... I have yet to get a good run with my new clutch... last time i was at the track i broke a bunch of mounts and shit... after that i think im done with the 1/4 mile shit.. im not that fast and its soooooooo much abuse on the car its not even funny

i'm not a big fan of the straight line either, i prefer to abuse the suspension, just curious what everyone is running.

i also plan on going turbo soon and want to see the before and after so i am sure i will make at least 2 trips to the strip

stock i ran a 16.4....now i got header,intake,exhaust and pulleys i wanna see wat i run

In my 00 Civic EX I ran 16.9 bone stock on stock Michelin all seasons (over two years ago when I was a noob to racing in general)

In the Si I got 15.5 @ 87 with a 2.3 60' on Kumho ASX's. CAI and Greddy header are the only power mods.

For what it's worth, the stock EJ8 time is 16.7, with what we assume to be optimal conditions and a more than competent driver.

my best so far is 16.1 in my ex, cai/h/e. im going to try and get 16.0/15.9 with my better tires this time (aka satrday)
