RE: mmmm, boost!
wideband kit? or just sensor..?

Check glowshiftdirect, they have the whole kit for 200.00 with warranty

AEM is too overpriced for me when u can get the job done with a different make. just my opinion tho.

RE: mmmm, boost!
I bought a AEM wideband kit. Got it and the S300 in the car last week running it with the stock motor for now, it pulls a little harder with the basic street tune I have on it. I got the wideband to my door for $250 cdn. which I don't think is a bad price. Sandwich plate should be here tomorrow and I ordered a oil line and fittings last week but still haven't heard anything about it being shipped out yet :S

RE: mmmm, boost!
You can get an AEM wideband all over the place for $180-$200

Quote:with a bseries it wouldnt be that hard getting to 260hp, but with a D that would take a lot of money.
not a bad setup though, i think i have that same intercooler.

260whp don't have to cost a lot for a d-series.

Vitara pistons and hbeam rods. Done.

Hell, I made 240whp on my old y8 setup on a t3/t4 .50trim @ 11lbs.

Spinning hurts, but trak-shun kills!

RE: mmmm, boost!
Sandwich plate came in today! I finally got an email about my oil line kit and it's on its way now. Also have a 2nd car now (03 corolla grocery getter FTW haha) so my car can be taken apart while I still drive.

RE: mmmm, boost!
Got the exedy stage 2 clutch in the car, also got the walbro fuel pump in. Switched up my valve cover and cleaned my tranny up a bit while it was out. Last but not least I have a ported LS intake manifold that was bead blasted so it looks better than new I blasted the IACV and throttle body to, cleaned up the engine bay pretty well.

here's a few pics
