Sun visor foam?
#1
Hey squad, I just picked up some Civic Type RX sun visors and there is a small tear on the leather in one corner and the foam is missing in that corner. I was thinking I could fill the corner with foam and cut it back to shape then re-glue the leather back on since it's still hanging there. So I'm just wondering, where I can find some foam or similar material to "fill" the void.

Maybe cutting a sponge to the exact size needed?

A sponge actually sounds like a pretty solid idea, but I ended up finding some foam at a local hobby store. Hopefully it works out.

sponge or foam from an old chair or sofa cushion would work. regular white elmers glue should hold well enough and dry clear if it does slip out a bit.
