But I am thinking of going with a Bisimoto custom billet, at least a Stage 1.5. My EJ8 is my DD. I have to keep it steetable. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Bisi and his products. I am just curious what do you guys think. Money's not really an option. My goal is to make between 125-145 HP to the wheels.

Lowering spring on the otherhand is cheaper but i dont know the durability of the spring for winter. one question i have about the spring is that after i install the spring do i have to get aftermarket shocks or should i just go to a car parts store and just buy regular shocks from them?

Well, I've been debating over getting regular amber sidemarkers, or smoked amber sidemarkers. I've tried looking at the pros and cons, but I still can't make up my mind. I know everyone has the regular amber set-up because they are the originals for the civic. However, I've yet to see any civic with smoked sidemarkers and seeing as how my civic isn't really "JDM" then maybe i'll be a bit more original and also pull it off. My only concern would be that they be way to dim at night, since they are pretty much blacked-out on the inside less light will reflect off the inside housing. The reason I am considering them really, is to set myself apart with small details. Am I being too picky, or am I making some kinda sense? Does anybody know if they're pretty much the same lit up at night, or is there a big difference between the two? I would like some opinions. Thanks.
Just to remind those who don't know. This is my baby.

I've read long ago that people tried to change they're bulbs in they're climate control by painting them an amber like color as well as they're bulbs in they're cluster. I decided not to risk that since my friend tried it on his and after so much trial and errors it wasn't worth it having pink in the end. So I looked on eBay, and bought a matching mileage CR-V cluster and bought a SI radio locally off someone. As for the climate control lighting. I decided to go to Honda and order a set of bulbs (4) which came to a total of $40 in spending. Cluster = $30 Bulbs = $20 SI Radio = $40 (I sold my old parts on eBay to make some money back which is why i spent $40 instead of $90). Anyways the results speak for themselves. :)

While on my 65 mile commute to work today I was admiring my brand new windshield that I had installed and I couldn't help but notice that my windshield wiper arms are starting to get that dreaded paint fade that every car seems to be a victim of.
I was just wondering if anybody has an explaination on why this happens? In my case my car goes from my garage at home to a covered carport at work so I know Sun doesn't affect my wiper arms. :gotme:
Well needless to say I'm gonna take them off this weekend and paint them up.
