^^^^It filters out fuel vapor before it goes into the atmosphere.
You need it for emissions but, it all depends on who you know at the emissions station...=p

alright so if i know people in the emissions station then i can get rid of it and not use it? if i do take it off what about where it connects to do i cover the wholes up ?
