They aren't Si taillights. They're 99-00 Civic HX/DX/LX/EX/Si taillights.

Might make your searches a little easier....

Who knows, pictures could be deceiving. Save yourself the hassle and wait for some OEM lights off an actual 99-00 Civic. It's painfully obvious which lights are OEM and which are knockoff when you see them in person.
