Should I keep my exhaust for this application?

Alright guys, my friend bought me an OBX Twinloop exhaust for my car on my birthday. I wanted this exhaust because it looks good, it's VERY quiet even at WOT, and was inexpensive.

But I've been hearing here and that the twinloop design introduces back pressure which we all know is bad for turbo setups.

The exhaust is currently not installed but I'll tell you guys the turbo and exhaust setup I have planned for the install so far.

Greddy T3 turbo 8 psi
3" downpipe
3" flexpipe with 2.5" exhaust side
2.5" piping

The OBX exhaust itself has a 2.5" inlet with a 3" tip.

Looking at the exhaust I can totally understand why some would say that the exhaust is bad for forced induction setups, HOWEVER...I've really only been hearing this from serious turbo guys that are running 500+whp daily drivers. Since I'm only shooting for 230whp tops, would I be able to get away with using this exhaust? My main concern is having a car that is still quiet and has a luxurious aspect when driving. A lot of my friends actually don't want me to install an exhaust period because my car is so damn quiet and..."cruise-able." Haha, but I want to bring out the beast in the D-Series!

Anyways, thanks for your help in advance, let me know if you need any more information!

Thermal IMO is one of the best if not the best "prefabricated" exhaust on the market for people who want a prefabricated cat back exhaust system.

Most people who boost just go with a custom exhausts.

I still have my DC sports cat-back on my setup and love the fact that it doesn't sond tinny or ricey. It is a low mellow sound that you can't even hear until you really get on it.

Also remember that no matter what you choose it will be quieter with a turbo than it would be NA. Due to the exhaust being slowed down by the turbo, it acts as a muffler.

NA is fine but, i'd rather be blown!

I appreciate the answers guys, but I still don't know if I can keep my exhaust or not...

I've heard it on another EJ8 before and loved how it looked and sounds, but they're never going to be boosted, so it's fine for them.
