Shift linkage 92-95 96-00 interchangable?

Just verifying the 5th and 6th generations can use the same D-series shift linkage (M/T) before I purchase. I've seen an aftermarket shift linkage that claims 92-00, just verifying OEM is the same way.

when drilling out the mount for the at to mt swap i segust a spot weld drill bit it will make it 10x faster and easer
