Might be a newbie question but here goes, does a 96-98 4 door rear lip fit on a 96-98 coupe? I see a lot of sites put them in the same category.

yes it does.

it should fit. to my knowledge, all 96-00 2dr/4dr rear bumpers interchange with eachother. how ever there is more than likely a difference with how the lips will attach.

i have a 97 civic, and when i test fitted my 99-00 rear bumper. the exhaust tip was a bit behind the bumper lip. so more than anything if the lip is longer than the bumper(looking from the side of the car), it might be for the 96-98 rear bumper

I have a what says to be 4 door 96-98 rear lip in poly, and it is not long enough to fit both edges of my coupe at the same time, so I tried it on my buddys 99-00 coupe, which fit even worse lol. I'm so confused.
