Power Plants FTL!

My house is surrounded by power plants I have one to the north and one to the south of me and well needless to say the air around my house isn't the best and when the power plants burn they release a bunch of fall out into the air which lands on everything in the surrounding area's
Well this fall out is very acidic and it lands on your car and compromises the clear coat and eats the paint away.
So I'm not a giant fan of them and I have taken extremely good care of my car as to not let this happen.

But I go to wash my car today and it is covered in little rust colored spots and smudges from the fall out.
I scrub little sections at a time for about 45 minutes to no prevail.
So I call the power plant and now I have to fill out forms and specify when the fall out appeared on my vehicle and the power plant will cover a acid wash, clay bar and full detail.
So I guess thats good its just really frustrating that my car is slowly being eaten away.
Oh and Neither of the power plants in my town are actually for my town.
One is for Orlando, *Thats you brad! haha* And the other is for Beach side.
what the eff

Also I just called the honda dealership to get my timing belt replaced and they quoted me 400 dollars
I told them to politely blow it out there behinds seeing as I'm already in a pissed mood from the power plant b/s
Cuss
Just had to get that out

two power plants in a 3 mile radius of each other with a town in the middle
awesome

map
if you look for the 3 white circles at the top of the map and then 2 white circles at the bottom those are the power plants
my house is 3 horizontal streets down from the top power plant

Edit: You have to switch the map to satellite and then zoom in some until you see the power plants
sorry link doesn't work like I thought

RE: Power Plants FTL!

That sucks bro. I know what you mean though. I live right by one as well (1.5-2 miles away) I get the same crap. Plus, the city ALWAYS burns right by my house so EVERYTHING smells like a bonfire and gets all ashy all the time. I really hate it especially because I work at a place with a huge pool. Ash in the pool sux big time. Vacuuming a 170 thousand gallon pool manually blows.
