eyepop  One problem to the next

Ok well, 1996 Honda Civic EX (like there is anything else)..LS/Vtec swap. First problem would be after driving around town or if it was wet/raining. the car would blow the PGM-FI Fuse underhood box. so i tracked that problem down to 3 (ylw/blk) Power wires to the injectors located in the deadend connector or (Junction Harness) these wires were getting a ground in them...so rewired them. Started the car, everything was running great car seem'd a bit more petty and i was loving it...well the other day i was driving home and it just died at a stop light....i had no idea at the time what it was, so i called a buddy and had him bring jumpers...and also rolled it down a hill and tried to roll start it, got it up to 35ish and dropped the clutch in 1st....nothing...friend came with cables and tried jumping it....nothing..i let the car sit where it was over night and drove to it the next morning...car fired perfect and drove about 1.5miles to my destination (the shop)...well in order to test what was wrong i had to get it to do it again. so i let it sit at idle for hours and hours, drove it around the block and it wouldnt die on me. so couple days ago i just desided to drive it...it was fine untell today, it died again...i was close to the shop so i checked spark first, it was getting spark...so i took the return line off the regulator and it was spitting out fuel when the key was on the "ON" posision (which leads me to believe the pump is working). so i got alittle gas into a Mt Dew bottle....poked a hole in the cap (for a spary type thing) and shot some fuel into my Intank Manifold....the car started up and drove seemed to run fine too. Now im to my problem...does anyone here run a resistor box on stock OBD1 Injectors? Anyone have any ideas they can shoot my way..much love

yeaaa
a lot of gas stations are running massive amounts of ethanol in their gas
makes our cars run uber crappy
get a fuel test
we had one done at work for our equipment and 40% was water

D series transmission will do nearly 40 in first gear. Heck, I have the shortest honda transmission made and I can do 35 in first.
