RE: nitrous Q's
Wet by far!!!
Dry adds more fuel through your injectors, making them closer to maxing out and running less efficient and more stressed.
Wet takes it from the fuel line before the injectors so your injectors don't max out or stress at all.
Just my opinion.
Colder plugs
93+ octane
Fuel Pump doesn't hurt
Getting your injectors cleaned and flow checked professionally is good insurance
make sure you have I/H/E
....good to go on a 75 easy. I even ran 100 a time or two successfully knowing all these things were in check when I had a bottle on my D.

RE: nitrous Q's
91's ok. Always make sure your take is 100% premium gas when you're about to race. You may get some bad gas from time to time. A decent, cheap safeguard is...Whenever you think you're going to juice (on race night or for the track or whatever) just put a bottle or two of good octane booster into your tank and make sure you only have like a quarter tank or less. This will protect you in case you get a bad batch of gas. This happens and boom. The octane booster just protects from this.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS watch the condition of your plugs all the time.
Are you "tunable"???
If so, take it to your tuner and have them retard your timing a tad, mess with the fpr and some other misc. tweaks. Just like boost, the tune is everything.
