RE: New Motor Mounts

I've got some innovative mounts on my swap, They're pretty stiff and I get a good massage at 700 rpms when it idles. Other than that I love them.

RE: New Motor Mounts

Just use a 2x6 piece of lumbar or a nice square of MDF in between the jack and the oil pan. Don't lift the motor up at all. Just support it and to one mount at a time......You should be just fine this way. If you need a little adjustment, you can jack up or drop down a tad to get the positioning you need.
