Thanks for the support people.

Right now it looks that I'm going to start saving for either a Rebel XSI or a D40x. These two seem to be about right where I want to start for a nice starter kit.

Any feedback would be great. I know next to nothing about DSLRs and lenses and all the stuff that's involved with this. I've always just been a point and shoot kinda guy.....a closet DSLR guy (due to lack of funds) LoL I've never been able to get into the DSLRs. Now it's a different story.
