Michael Clayton movie sucked

I managed to sit through the awful movie last night. Can someone tell me why this was nominated for "Best Picture"? It's not even worthy of one star.

Maybe it's just me but, usually this works for me....

If movie critics give a movie high stats or awards = sux
If they say it is horrible = Great flick
LOL

NA is fine but, i'd rather be blown!
