Ideas on Hondata ECU for my car??

I want to keep my car naturally aspirated and basically just build the engine from the ground up. I'm looking at Hondata ECU's and not sure as to which one to go with or to even go with one, considering im not planning on boosting the car...

Right now with your current mods you don't need a different ECU. In the future if you decide to drop in a different cam shaft then ideally you would cover to OBD1 and get a socketed P28 ECU and get tuned with Crome.

If you want to get a Hondata unit then the S300 is what I would get.

I felt the difference once I got it properly tuned. Please do it right and convert to OBD1 and forget about the VAFC.

Jeremy's got it right here.

IMO....
Convert to OBD1 and run Crome, Neptune RTP or Hondata S300.
If you want to spend some money and be baller, Hondata S300 is BY FAR the way to go. Although....Neptune's RTP is good as well. Crome is the bomb on a budget.
All of these should be tuned on the dyno to get the most out of them.

If you get cams, YOU MUST TUNE! It may even run like crap if you don't.

Is it relatively easy to change (back) from OBD1 to OBD2, say around annual inspection time? Like, just swap ECU assuming you have a conversion harness, etc.
