A new oil pan for my car!

Long story short, I got stiffed by a seller on ebay that sent me a cracked pan. At first email communication was fine, he said he was trying to source out another pan, and explained in very kind words various delays he had. I was fine with it, it seemed like he was honestly trying to make things right, but it turned out he was just trying to get it past the 45 day limit to open up a dispute claim with ebay...Now I'm out 100 dollars and he's ignoring my emails, what a bastard, right?

Anyways, I'm more than overdue for an oil change, my bolt threads on my current pan are stripped so the last oil change I had was literally the last.

Anyone happen to have one in good condition for sale to help me out?
