RE: help

NGK HE76 Ignition wires. You won't need anything else. Start with a new Cap Rotor and Coil, Timing belt and water pump (can get them as kit on ebay for cheap.) All OEM components everything else is overkill unless you are looking at cranking out 400+hp. Air filter, check the Lash on your valvetrain make sure it still in tolerance. If you buy yourself a haynes manual it will tell you everything that needs to be check and at what interval. I used to think I was taking good care of my ride until I got one and I was shocked at how much I really neglected her and I have 156,000+ miles on mine and I picked it out when they were unloading it from the truck. Most general maintenance can be done by you unless you feel uncomfortable doing it.

hmmmmmmmmm at 85k i dont think you need to worry too much about the spark plugs or the wires but i'd check anyways for plug fouling or an open wire. probably wanna go through and check your air filter, fuel filter, change your oil is an obvious one and all your other fluids too. maybe a coolant flush as well, other than that just stick to what zor_primo said about valve lash and what not. timing belt and water pump recommended at 115 i think cause i remember i was gonna do mine around then but never got to it... wouldn't surprise me if mine goes out soon Banghead
