RE: Gas

Premium is recommended. Do as you wish though since some people say they do regular fuel in there B18c. You could get away with it but I wouldn't count on that. One bad tank of crap regular fuel and here we come horrible performance and maybe some light detonation. I wouldn't touch anything but 91-93oct in a B16A or B18c.

RE: Gas

honestly gas is so expensive now that paying the extra 10 cents for premium is not a big deal. my bike takes only premium... so now i do it in my car too... better economy and performance. means i could fill up less and maybe save a buck

RE: Gas

i wouldnt go anywhere under 91 in mine.. i think i've done that ONCE and just like taylomade07 said.. its only .10 extra a gallon so its not hurting that much more outta your pocket..

would you rather be paying (jus random numbers):
$40 on 89oct and risk minor flaws
or
$44 on 93 and rock the hell outta it

RE: Gas

93 octane is the way to go
Our weedeater was having problems so we took it to a shop
and they did a gas check
and it was 40% water
so now we even run 89 in all of our equipment
But go premium on the real
