If I remember right, they paid for a shipping label to send the old front coilovers back, and then shipped him a brand new front set. He paid like $20 extra to have it sent overnight.

oo ic awesomeness.. if that happens then im going to sell the omnis and buy the koni yellows and gc setup.. the omnis had a 12k front and 10k rear spring rates and i liked em alot will i be able to run those same exact rates with the konis?

Man that really, really sucks...I'm happy to hear you got it resolved the way you did though, that was some smart thinking that most people wouldn't have gone to lengths to do.

I hope that you get this resolved with Omni-Power without any kinks, although it seems that it will be fine.

ok so i called omni today and they want me to pay for the lower collars... are they f'ing serious? they want me to pay to fix a manufacture defect.. or at least that is what i am hearing from the people that had the same problem..

the guy finally sent me the new items for free. I must say very shady guys. all they did was tell me a price. they didnt give me any information about why it happened and what not. sheesh
