Cam Gear questions...
Ok so I was going to put a skunk2 cam gear on my new head i just put on(will have pix soon after i paint my valve cover...flat black with the wrinkle...gonna be sick!!!) but anywyas i noticed that theres a notch where the bolt goes on the stock cam gear...so does anyone have any experience with this or does anyone have any suggestions??? would really help out alot

The notch on the cam gear is to help you align the gear onto the cam. it should only go on one way as there should be a notch also on the camshaft... I hope that's what you're talking about.. pics would help greatly

Yea but where do i get a woodruf key because when i go to honda they look at me like i have 3 heads ... so where else can i get one??? because like i said i have the new head i put on and its running on stage2 cams with s2 springs and retainers and im still using this stock cam gear

Also if it's going onto a Y8 Cam to advance the timing 4.5 degrees. The Skunk2 Cam gear is for all D-series engines and there is a timing difference between the A6-Z6 Heads and the Y8 heads. Here's a write-up:
