I think BMX should stick to the X games
I used to skateboard for ages and love "extreme sports"
So I'm all about them
But I also played soccer for 15 years
So I think the Olympics should stick to the normal sports
And leave the dew tour and x-games and all that for the "extreme" ones

I used to BMX race when I was younger, I think it's pretty cool but I also do have feelings like that of boosted and bjs... leave it to the X Games and Dew Action Tour where the extreme sports nuts reside Thumbup

This however, isn't going to prevent me from watching the BMX comp in the Olympics Big Grin

i see no problem with bmx being in the olympics. also i don't understand why any of you are saying just keep it in the x-games. its going to be bmx RACING. not any dirt,park, or vert riding.

I also heard surfing was included in the Olympics
I think they are just trying to gather more of a different crowd

Edit: Or maybe the Olympic committee believes these will be the only headache free sports because there is no worries of anyone using 'roids Lol

i heard a rumor that competition paintball was going to be one of the sports.. since i used to be on a semi-pro team based in MD.. i have a good experience in the game. if the rumors are true i believe that it'll increase the sports popularity, just as BMX would grow. but who knows Gotme
