Bisimoto Camshaft

Well, my sponsor shop is having a hard time getting a locked in ship date for my BLOX Racing Stage 2 Camshaft. My Logical backup was going to be a Comp or Crower. But I am thinking of going with a Bisimoto custom billet, at least a Stage 1.5. My EJ8 is my DD. I have to keep it steetable. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Bisi and his products. I am just curious what do you guys think. Money's not really an option. My goal is to make between 125-145 HP to the wheels.

RE: Bisimoto Camshaft

You think that my power goals for a N/A setup is realistic with one of his cams?

A lot of power is made through the head
A cam is a big way of helping it out
also make sure upgraded retainers and springs and everything
port match your intake and maybe even a port and polish on your head itself
or just get an upgraded intake
depends on how much work and money you want to drop
I believe our motor makes like 127 bhp
so 125 to the wheels shouldn't be to terribly hard
But I'm a noob @ n/a builds
a good header is a must also a good exhaust set up
With n/a everything has to work in since perfectly
I would get adjustable cam gears also to see how much lean you have in your timing weather to advance or retard it

I agree. Heck I just have a stage2 Crower and a tune and I managed 125whp. So I would imagine with what you have now AND a Bisi cam you should see somewhere around or so.
