Just wonderin if anyone knows or has any good ideas on the best way to run a Zune thru your radio?? My current head unit doesnt have any aux. and Im sick of a fm transmitter. A couple friends of mine have head units that pull up all the info from there ipods, is this ipod specific? DAMN YOU APPLE!!!!!

For some reason I thought Zune and the Ipod were from the same company and had similar functions and capabilities...

It really sounds like the issue is with your head unit, their head units sound like they have updated functions, also Zune was never really popular because of all of the restrictions and limitations, so companies don't really care much to integrate Zune listening functions into their products. Just like how other brands like Nomad, etc. won't work. Ipod seems to be the king of on the go media so they have the biggest product functionality.

I don't REALLY know what I'm talking about, I'm just speaking from knowledge and what my own car head unit can do (Ipod scanner). Does your instruction manual say anything?

dam dude my head unit has da aux section and my zun sounds great on it. i guess u should maybey invest in a new head unit wit da aux and you should be good

yea i dont mind gettin a new head unit, im actually plannin on it, what im really wonderin is if you can get head units so that you can control your zune thru your head unit (not having to change thru the music using your zune)?
